Party Room Reservations
Chandler Creek HOA Party Room
Reservation Guidelines

Booking: Select your preferred date/time on the HOA website. If a slot isn’t available, it’s already reserved.

Eligibility: Reservations may be made only by Chandler Creek homeowners or tenants.

Agreement: By booking, you agree to follow all Party Room Rules.

Fee: A $50 non-refundable fee is required at booking (credit/debit card only).

Refunds
-
Issued only if the resident cancels before the reserved date, or if the HOA cancels for an HOA event.

No refunds for no-shows.

Refunds are made only to the registered homeowner or tenant, by check mailed to the property address (or applied to the homeowner’s HOA account on request).

Use of Space
-
Tables and chairs are provided.
-
The Party Room is intended for birthdays, showers, family gatherings, and similar events.
-
Meetings such as book clubs, scout groups, or bible studies must use the Meeting Room instead.

Reservation Reminders

Double-check your email address when booking.

If you don’t receive an instant confirmation email from Calendly, email contact@chandlercreekhoa.org.
-
Your reservation is final only after confirmation from the HOA.

Add the HOA email address to your safe-sender list so you receive the final confirmation and access code.
